braised Beef tacos

Slow cooked, braised beef brisket, served with scotch bonnet, pasilla, guajillo salsa roja, raw tomatillo salsa verde, pickled onions and coriander cress

chicken Tinga tacos

Slow cooked chicken seasoned with a pasilla and guajillo adobo, served with raw tomatillo salsa verde, pickled onions and coriander cress

AUBERGINE TACOS

Roasted Aubergine, served with a cauliflower mayo, raw tomatillo salsa verde, pickled onions, crispy shallots and coriander cress

COLOMBIAN POTATOES

Double cooked baby popatoes, seased with paprika salt, and served with salsa verde, and coriander aioli.
